Julie Notley

Julie Notley joined Gonzalez & Harris in 1996, after twelve years as a Human Resources Professional with a large, national restaurant chain. From the onset of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), she has dedicated her efforts to the development and maintenance of corporate immigration compliance practices and procedures. She has participated in more than 100 INS (now ICE) audits.

Ms. Notley has more than eight years experience in the preparation of both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, with particular focus on TN and H-1B temporary worker categories, outstanding researchers and professors, and labor certification applications and I-140 immigrant petitions for a variety of professions and industries. She frequently attends continuing legal education seminars, particularly in the areas of immigration and employment law. Ms. Notley received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California.
