Patricia Esqueda

Patricia Esqueda joined Gonzalez & Harris more than 25 years ago. She has extensive experience with employment-based immigration processes, including adjustment of status applications, travel and work authorization documents, immigrant petitions and immigrant visa applications. Her experience also encompasses extensions of nonimmigrant classifications such as TN and H-1B, family-based petitions, U.S. citizenship applications, and the processing of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, both abroad and through the Department of State. Ms. Esqueda completed course work in Immigration Law Practice at the University of Southern California. She regularly attends continuing education seminars to keep abreast of proposed and actual changes in immigration law and procedures, particularly those related to adjustment of status and immigrant visa consular processes, through the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and other MCLE providers. She is bilingual (Spanish).
