Jerry Ellingson
Jerry Ellingson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois plus a certificate in logic and management analysis. While he gained early occupational experience in survey research, computer programming, and public relations, Mr. Ellingson has been involved in the field of law since 1976, acquiring more than 25 years of paralegal and case management experience in the areas of litigation, tax, criminal defense, and immigration. Working with Gonzalez & Harris since 1984, he possesses broad experience in the preparation of both nonimmigrant (temporary worker) and immigrant ("green card") petitions and applications, with special expertise in labor certification. In recent years he has focused exclusively on the preparation of labor certification applications and related I-140 petitions, especially those to support the immigration of engineers, computer professionals, scientists, managers and executives. He has worked with client companies in a wide array of industries. |
