Mathew K. Ho

Practicing exclusively in immigration and nationality law since 2006, Mathew Ho has extensive experience in family-based and employment-based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, representing aliens in removal proceedings, before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He most recently served as co-counsel and won an important victory in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the published opinion, Santiago-Rodriguez v. Holder, 06-75319 (September 9, 2011).

Mr. Ho was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2006. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UCLA. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Ho is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court, Central District of California. He enjoys playing with his pug, Gracie, and playing golf, in his spare time.
