How can I check the processing time for a Labor Certification Application?

The Department of Labor has not provided processing times for pending labor certification applications for many months.

To date, no processing times for PERM applications has been made available. The information that we do have comes from the experiences of our firm and of other immigration practioners.

DOL has indicated that processing times for applications at the Backlog Elimination Centers (BECs) would be made available once all applications are received and input into their new computer systems. Very basic Individual case status can be obtained online at http://www.pbls.doleta.gov/pbls_pds.cfm.

Additional information is posted online at http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp.
